Club Fitness

In preparation for the new season, pre-season fitness training sessions are being held on a Mon evening - 7pm Pitville Park (next to the skate park).
Sessions are tailored for all levels of ability (you do as much or little as you want and at your pace), so come along and improve your fitness in a friendly and fun environment.
It's also an ideal opportunity to meet and get to know players from all teams.
