Lansdown Ladies compete in the Premier 1 division of the West League. Lansdown Ladies have won the Premier 1 league twice in the last 10 years (most recently in 2007/08), but both times coincided with a National League restructure and meant playoffs rather than immediate promotion which have been unsuccessful - third time lucky...?!

Hi Guys
We're meeting at UWE in Bristol at 6:30pm READY TO PLAY!
The game starts at 7pm. We're in Black kit, but please bring red socks just in case.
Please can you sort lifts amoungst yourselves as many people are going directly from work. But if there are any problems finding a lift, please let me know.

The Ladies Indoor page has been updated with details of the indoor game times and you'll see some more details about the weekend on the Captains blog for the page.
Please can you take a look at the fixtures. Some have been rearranged due to the Indoor and also snow.
The Swindon game (from before Christmas) is now due to be played on the 13th February
The ISCA game will be played on Sunday 7th March
If you are unavailable for any of these games or even any games that are scheduled as normal, please let Hannah know ASAP.

The game this weekend (30 January) is against Redland away.
If you are going directly, you will need to meet us at UWE at 11am - if not, it's a 10am meet at Bentham.
If you are going to meet at Bentham please let Hannah / Stowie know. If you don't tell either of those people, we'll assue you're going direct.
We should be playing in our usual Black kit, but please bring Red sock just in case as we're not sure how the umpires will feel about Black socks vs Navy/Green. Best to be on the safe side...

England Hockey have been in touch to say that they will make a decision about postponing the tournament by 11am on Friday 8th January. If you do not hear from me assume we are good to go. Schedule of games is available on the Engalnd Hockey website. We will meet in perdiswell 1 hour before first game. I have all kit but you will need red and black socks and your skirts!

We're playing Salisbury on Saturday at Home in the usual black kit. 1pm meet at Bournside for at 2pm push back.
We also URGENTLY need help with the vixens on Sunday (it's only Hannah at the moment) - we need at least one more please. It's an 11am game at Bournside. Please let Hannah know ASAP.
Also, don't forget it's the first Indoor training on Friday. Please let Hannah know if you'll be there or not and also if you'd like to play in the tournament.

We'll be LEAVING Bentham at 10:45am, or you can meet at 12noon at Badminton School in Bristol.
For those with satellite navigation systems, the postcode is BS9 3BA - If not, exit the M5 at junction 17 and join the A4018 signposted Bristol West. Continue along the A4018 crossing three roundabouts, for approximately 4 miles, and you will see Badminton School on your right at the junction with Cote Lane.

Hi girls
We're all meeting at Sainsburys at 10:45am in Cheltenham on Saturday.
You'll need the usual black kit (shirts, skirts & socks), but don't forget to bring red socks as well. I've got the red shirts.
First game 12.45 p.m. against Bedford, 2nd game 4.30 p.m. against Birmingham University 2nds.
