Don't forget you can pay your membership fees at The Stick Club by credit card!

  • Standard fee applies to ALL matches wherever the venue, with the exception of Indoor and Festival Tournaments (where costs are covered by a one off fee).
  • “Students” are Members aged 16 or over in full time education, Consent form still to be signed if under 18 on 1st September 2009.
  • “Juniors” are members 16th birthday on or after 1st  September 2009, (born on or after 1st September 1993)).  A Consent Form must be completed for each junior player.
  • Players participating in more than one match in a day should pay half rate for the extra matches.
  • Players who leave their match fees unpaid for two weeks will not be selected to play again until the outstanding amount is paid.

 

Subscriptions are due in full from existing members by the end of September, after which Match fees will be double for members who have not paid.  The extra payment will not offset the outstanding subscription.  Subscriptions may be paid by tendering a maximum of three post date cheques, all together, which must be dated for 30 September, 30 October and 30 November.  Remember, fully paid up members will be given selection priority.

New members subscriptions are due once they have participated in four matches for the Club.  If the new member joins after 1st October, they will pay a pro-rata amount based on the number of complete months remaining in the membership year, as determined by the Treasurer, dependent on the exact date of payment.

It is the responsibility of all members, old and new, to ensure the Membership Secretary and their Captain have correct contact details. 

Notice of Club meetings will be issued using the list provided by the Membership Secretary only.
